Exec Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a reputable law firm in West Oxfordshire to find a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Wills, Trust & Probate team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in will writing or estate administration, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional client service.

The law firm is open to individuals seeking full-time or part-time work, or those who have taken a career break and are thinking about returning to work. They are happy to offer training and flexible working hours, with a minimum commitment of 3 days in the office each week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and advising on wills, including complex wills in the wills team;
  • Managing a varied caseload of probate matters from start to finish in the probate team;
  • Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and estate administration;
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service;
  • Working closely with the team to support and grow the private client department.

Requirements
