**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with our long-term goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and lead ESG strategies and reporting to ensure compliance and excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and align organizational practices with strategic and ESG objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on business development and sustainability initiatives.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in strategy development and implementation, preferably in the housing sector or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of ESG principles, frameworks, and reporting standards.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with experience of preparing reports for senior management and boards.
