Our Norwich Service

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Norwich. You will be supporting individuals with complex learning disabilities, making a real difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide social and emotional support to individuals within their homes or community settings.
  • Assist with personal care needs, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
  • Support with daily tasks such as shopping, budgeting, and meal preparation.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families, fostering a sense of belonging and trust.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive home environment by completing household chores like cleaning and laundry.
  • Accompany individuals on outings and activities, enriching their lives and promoting social interaction.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working with adults with learning disabilities is preferred but not essential.
  • A calm, caring, and positive attitude is crucial for this role.
  • Empathy and sensitivity towards the needs of others are essential qualities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively interact with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Basic computer literacy will be beneficial in completing administrative tasks.
