Lead Conveyancing Department in Kent

Premier Recruitment Group is partnering with a prestigious legal firm in Pembury, Kent, to find an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to lead their conveyancing department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the conveyancing team, ensuring high-quality service and meeting targets.
  • Supervise and mentor junior conveyancers, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  • Oversee a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication.
  • Develop and implement departmental strategies and processes to drive growth and compliance with legal regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of client care and build strong relationships within the local property market.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 6 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Proven leadership experience within a conveyancing team or department.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop growth strategies.
  • Excellent mentoring and team leadership skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in case management systems and IT tools.
  • Attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving and client management.
