Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs in their learning and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist students with special needs in their learning and personal development.
  • Encourage student engagement and growth by fostering a supportive atmosphere.
  • Be flexible, proactive, and hands-on in assisting with various tasks.

Requirements:

  • Must have an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service or be willing to get one through Teaching Personnel.
  • Provide references for the last 24 months of employment history.
  • Essential experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Available to start after successful vetting checks and registration through Teaching Personnel.
