Job Title: Drainage Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Drainage Engineer to join our team at Waterman Aspen. As a key member of our South team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing drainage systems for various projects.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Drainage Engineer to work on a variety of projects, including public, private, and third sector drainage design projects. You will have the chance to apply and develop your skills, work with a diverse client base, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design all aspects of drainage from concept to detailed design
  • Prepare reports and specifications, and collect and assimilate data and statistics necessary for progress and technical reports
  • Work with clients to assist in your technical progression and further exposure to your chosen industry
  • Travel within and outside the region if required
Requirements
  • UK experience of working on public, private, or third sector drainage design projects
  • Competency using UK standards such as DRMB, TSRGD, Manual for Street, MCHW, CDM, and local authority standards
  • A relevant qualification in an Engineering/Technical discipline or equivalent experience in the UK
  • Working towards professional membership/accreditation with an industry-recognised Professional Body
  • The legal right to work in the UK
  • A full UK driving licence
