Administrative Assistant

Office Angels is seeking a skilled Part Time Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a friendly and stable business based in Braintree, Essex.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the intake and arrival of containers from suppliers worldwide into external warehouses.
- Ensure accurate documentation of incoming stock with service providers.
- Coordinate stock rotation and landing stock on the bespoke computer system.
- Invoice customer orders and liaise with hauliers regarding deliveries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to keep customers informed of any delays with orders.
- Utilize Excel for daily tasks.
- Previous experience in administration is required.
- Attention to detail is essential for this role.
- Confidence in dealing with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A willingness to work collaboratively during busy periods.
