About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Specialist Learning Support Practitioner to join our friendly and high-performing science department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students to achieve great things in science.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic support to students in science, promoting a love of learning and encouraging students to reach their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional well-being.
- Support the planning and delivery of science lessons, enhancing student engagement and understanding.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A passion for science education and a commitment to supporting students to achieve their best.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other support staff.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting the needs of students and the department.Enhanced Disclosure via the DBS.What We Offer
