Job Title: MEICA Estimator - Project Delivery Specialist

Location: Bentley Wood Way, Hapton, Burnley, BB11 5ST

Salary Listing: £55,000 - £70,000

As a MEICA Estimator - Project Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for providing accurate MEICA estimates for projects. You will work closely with a team of professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with significant practical experience with MEICA equipment and the ability to grasp the complexities of MEICA equipment and systems. You will be responsible for evaluating proposals from the supply chain for MEICA equipment, including scope of supply, technical compliance, and commercial offer.

You will also be responsible for interpreting technical drawings from clients, developing baseline cost estimates and routines, and producing labor, plant, and material cost build-ups.

Key Requirements:

• Significant practical experience with MEICA equipment and the ability to grasp the complexities of MEICA equipment and systems
• Ability to evaluate proposals from the supply chain for MEICA equipment
• Ability to interpret technical drawings from clients and develop baseline cost estimates and routines
• Experience of MEICA equipment and services used in the construction of Water and Wastewater Treatment Works is preferable
