We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fraud Investigator to join our team at Keoghs. As a Fraud Investigator, you will play a critical role in identifying and preventing fraudulent insurance claims, working closely with our clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate suspected fraudulent insurance claims, including late notification claims and credit hire fraud
- Conduct detailed reviews and analyses of evidence to identify strategic litigation opportunities and complex cases
- Report to clients throughout the lifetime of the claim, providing regular updates and recommendations
- Work closely with our clients to achieve the best possible outcomes, ensuring full compliance with the court timetable and utilizing procedural tactical advantages where possible
- Adhere to file management policies and procedures, ensuring timely and accurate billing
- Experience in civil litigation claims handling or as a legal File Handler
- Understanding of insurance litigation practice and processes, including indemnity principles
- Knowledge of the litigation process and working knowledge of the CPR
- Experience of time recording and billing systems
