About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to oversee our logistics operations. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of logistics services across various operational units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Site Service model for logistics, ensuring compliance and reliability.
  • Manage the logistics team effectively, providing clear direction and support to meet operational objectives.
  • Oversee the planning and scheduling of material movements, ensuring alignment with production needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to optimize site performance.
  • Ensure compliance with global transport, customs, and licensing regulations.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and enhance logistics performance.

Qualifications
  • A degree in a relevant field, ideally in science or mathematics, along with substantial experience in logistics management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate the team.
