Senior Syndicate Reporting Specialist

Tremendous opportunity for an experienced Syndicate/Lloyd's reporting specialist to assume a hybrid Syndicate/Strategic Business Partner role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage Third Party Finance providers to ensure timely and accurate internal MI and Lloyd's regulatory reporting.
  • Produce Lloyd's returns for a new Captive Syndicate.
  • Prepare internal finance reporting to Board, Committees, and MGA partners.
  • Manage treasury, including coordination with Third-Party Providers to ensure sufficient liquidity.
  • Support the audit process to ensure efficient and timely audit cycles.
  • Develop procedures to aid continual improvement within the MGA finance area.
  • Document processes, procedures, and accounting papers as required.
  • Review MI and regulatory reporting provided by Third Party Finance providers.
  • Collaborate with the internal project team to assist in finance-related activities associated with onboarding new MGA's.
Requirements:
  • Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) in conjunction with experience of a Lloyd's Syndicate and Lloyd's Regulatory Reporting.
