Join Our Team as a Junior Sous Chef

We're on the hunt for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Lounge, a fast-growing business that's passionate about serving up delicious, high-quality food to our customers.

As a Junior Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in supporting our Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional food and service to our customers. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our kitchen is running smoothly, that our dishes are prepared to the highest standard, and that our customers are consistently impressed by our food.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about cooking, has a keen eye for detail, and is able to work well under pressure. If you're a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is looking for a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Bring
  • You are probably an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef who is looking to take the next step in their career.
  • You will ideally have experience of working with fresh ingredients and be able to demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices)
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision
  • Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to all things Allergens, kitchen essentials and Food Safety.
