Basketball and Cricket Coach Position

We are seeking experienced and passionate coaches to fill the role of Basketball and Cricket Coach at OnlyFE. As a key member of our Centre of Excellence, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to our learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver coaching sessions to a high standard, ensuring the development of all learners with progression routes into higher levels of the sport.
  • Organise and develop coaching activities to suit the needs of all players, including those with specific needs or abilities.
  • Provide feedback to players to improve their performance, highlighting key strengths and areas for development.
  • Work collaboratively with partners to ensure the success of our learners.
Requirements:
  • Qualified to at least Level 2 Coaching.
  • Proven track record of improving player performance through player support and development.
  • Extensive knowledge and range of activities to improve player performance, including technical and tactical awareness.
  • Full clean driving licence, as the role will include team transport to away fixtures.
