About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Media Account Director to lead our client relationships and drive strategic growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing media strategies that deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, providing top-tier service and strategic solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute media strategies that align with client goals, leveraging your expertise in consumer behavior, digital media, and data analysis.
  • Campaign Management: Lead a team in delivering high-quality campaign execution and reporting, ensuring seamless coordination with local teams.
  • Local Teams Coordination: Collaborate with global teams to drive best practices across regions, ensuring consistency and excellence in client service.
About You
  • 5+ years of agency experience, with international experience a plus.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing media strategies that drive business growth.
  • Passionate about staying up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies.
  • A proactive problem-solver with strong leadership and mentoring skills, able to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Passionate, determined, and ready to build something special in a collaborative environment.
Essential Skills
  • Broad media planning experience with strong knowledge of offline and online channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical ability, with a logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Able to identify new opportunities for clients and drive business growth through innovative thinking.
  • Able to handle a variety of tasks efficiently, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
