- Delivering analytical/research projects or providing insight to broader projects.
- Delivering end-to-end customer analysis; from responding to brief right through to impactful delivery of results.
- Managing and minimising operational risks with regards to data we are responsible for owning, including understanding of GDPR and Data Protection Policies.
- Engaging and influencing stakeholders, anticipating, clarifying and shaping requirements for the purpose of optimising business results.

- Web Analytics experience (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
- Tag Management experience (Tealium, Google Tag Manager)
- 'Session replay' tool experience (HotJar, Quantum Metrics, Contentsquare)
- Experience with page performance tools (Dynatrace, App Dynamics, Contentsquare)
- Processing and analysing large data sets
- Basic understanding of JavaScript and web development languages (HTML, CSS)
- Data Visualisation and storytelling methods to present complex data in a simple, engaging manner (Power BI, Tableau)
