We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Principal Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services to children and young people.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated clinical psychologist to join our team and contribute to the development of our core mental health provision. You will work closely with our team and clinical leads to support the service through a period of growth and change.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior staff members
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for children and young people
- Contribute to the development of our core mental health provision and service transformation initiatives
- Participate in reflective practice and complex case discussion groups
- Collaborate with other professionals to deliver integrated mental health services
- Develop leadership skills through in-service experience and training
