About the Firm

CRA Consulting is partnering with a specialist business that focuses on Conveyancing, Wills, Trusts, and Probate, Employment, and Dispute Resolution legal matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established firm in their Private Client department, handling a wide range of private client work and developing your own caseload.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Handling a diverse range of PC work, including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Elderly Client, Court of Protection, and Powers of Attorney
  • Supporting the Contentious Probate Team
  • Supporting existing Private Client fee earners while developing their own caseload
  • Achieving fee-earning targets as set by the Company
  • Complying with the Company's policies and procedures
  • Undertaking learning and development for Continuing Competence (as defined by the SRA)

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Minimum 3 years' PQE in private client matters
  • Ability to work efficiently on high-volume workloads
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Self-sufficiency with the ability to work within a team
  • Experience with case management systems
