Job Title: Assistant Merchandiser

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Merchandiser to join our team at People Marketing Fashion Recruitment. As Assistant Merchandiser, you will play a key role in supporting our Senior Merchandiser and contributing to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales, sourcing, design, and merchandising teams to ensure efficient order administration.
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to anticipate product demands and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, factories, and vendors through daily communication and coordination.
  • Oversee product development and order delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Confirm orders, coordinate bulk production, and handle L/C opening procedures with buyers and vendors.
  • Ensure seamless process of inspections and oversee shipping logistics.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of supplier-based merchandising experience.
  • Strong understanding of the production process and timelines within fashion and textiles.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
