MongoDB is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Application Modernization Consulting Practice. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our practice, working closely with customers and partners to deliver innovative solutions and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of experienced consultants and delivery professionals to drive application modernization initiatives for our customers.
  • Develop and execute a strategy to drive growth and revenue for the practice, including identifying new business opportunities and developing partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product, to ensure seamless delivery of modernization solutions.
  • Establish and maintain a culture of mutual accountability between our team and customers, driving successful outcomes and building long-term relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and best practices within the practice.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in consulting, with a strong background in application modernization and delivery leadership.
  • Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, with a focus on driving growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on driving business outcomes and delivering results.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
