Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Digital Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital plans to bring the total brand strategy to life across all digital channels, ensuring a consistent and compliant view against the brand visual identity.
  • Brand Representation: Accountable for building and maintaining the brand's online presence, ensuring we are at least matching the best-in-class representation across the 360 digital world.
  • Performance Insights: Focus on continuous improvement, building in performance insights to digital plans, and driving business growth through data-driven decision making.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging internal content, including activity wrap-up and Quarterly Brief videos, to elevate Sharp's presence within the wider business and engage employees on site.
  • Agency Relationships: Establish and develop excellent relationships with external agencies to deliver optimum value and support the annual communication plans development cycle.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a good understanding of social media best practices, data interpretation, and website development. You should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
