GSL Education - Yorkshire is on the lookout for enthusiastic and committed Physical Education Assistants to join our educational team. This role presents a remarkable opportunity to foster a passion for physical fitness and well-being among students.
Role Summary:
As a Physical Education Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting educators in the delivery of engaging and effective physical education sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of high-quality physical education lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Develop and implement detailed lesson plans and schemes of work that align with educational standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and establish achievable objectives for student progress.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in teaching physical education at the school level.
- A degree in Physical Education or a related discipline is preferred.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential.
An updated CV covering the last ten years, excluding any unexplained gaps, and an enhanced DBS registered with the update service (or willingness to apply for one) is required.
A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is essential.
