Estimator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in producing competitive and analysed tender costs for our clients in the Civil Engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce accurate and detailed tender cost estimates for clients
  • Work closely with the Estimating Manager to ensure targets are met
  • Assist with budget pricing and tender documentation
  • Calculate net costs of tenders from first principles
  • Ensure tenders are complete and submitted on time
Requirements:
  • HNC in Civil Engineering or similar discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years estimating experience in a Civil Engineering company
  • Working knowledge of NEC conditions of contracts
  • Previous site experience beneficial
  • Civil Engineering related degree or qualification
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Financial and pre-contract management experience
  • Full driving licence
  • CSCS Card
