Role Overview

As a Solicitor in our small, busy, and established legal team, you will work closely with our Group General Counsel to provide high-quality and timely advice on commercial and regulatory matters. Your expertise will be essential in supporting our business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on commercial and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with other departments and field operations to build and maintain excellent working relationships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and policies, ensuring alignment with our company's goals and objectives.

Requirements

We are seeking a Solicitor with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience who can demonstrate:

Experience of working without supervision and an ability to undertake broader in-house legal work.A strong understanding of commercial and regulatory laws, with a focus on intellectual property, data protection, and regulatory compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
