Pool Attendant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lifeguard at our Ilford club. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all members and visitors.
• Ensure the swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room are safe and clean for use.
• Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and be able to provide ongoing training records. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills.
