We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our team at Peter Alan, part of the Connells Group. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will work towards becoming a Sales Negotiator for our residential sales team in Rumney.
About the Role
In this role, you will assist clients in finding their dream home. You will be trained to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and agree sales. You will also optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for our branch Mortgage Advisor.

Requirements
- Preferably an experienced sales person
- Outstanding customer care/customer service experience

- A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
