CBW Staffing Solutions is actively seeking an Air Conditioning Technician to perform both scheduled and emergency maintenance across a data centre contract in the South Hampshire region. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Facilities Management and demonstrate a successful history in commercial property maintenance.

This role is perfect for an Air Conditioning Technician currently in a comparable position who is eager for career advancement. In return, the organization offers a competitive salary of up to £42,000 along with ample opportunities for additional earnings through overtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  • Your primary responsibilities will include servicing and maintaining split systems, VRVs, VAVs, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and all HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
  • Conducting pressure leak tests
  • Diagnosing faults
  • Replacing compressors
  • Brazing tasks
  • Electrical knowledge is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building services
Work Hours & Benefits
  • Base Salary of up to £42,000
  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • 25 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays

  • Travel expenses covered after 30 minutes each way

Qualifications
  • AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2
  • F-Gas certification (Essential)
  • Electrical knowledge (Preferred)
  • Ability to provide trade certificates
  • Proven experience in commercial property maintenance
