Dental Nurse Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and GDC registered dental nurse to join our Community Dental Service team at The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to develop their skills and contribute to the delivery of high-quality dental care to our patients.
Main Responsibilities
As a dental nurse, you will be responsible for performing a range of routine dental nursing procedures and dental administration. You will work closely with our team of dental professionals to provide care to patients with a range of needs, including children, adults with special care needs, and older people in residential settings.
Requirements
- Current registration with the General Dental Council
- Knowledge and experience of a full range of routine dental nursing procedures and dental administration
- Knowledge and experience of using dental software systems and basic general IT skills
- The National Certificate in Dental Nursing or NVQ Level 3 Oral Health Care, Dental Nursing or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience of working with children and evidence of commitment to continuing professional development
