Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver to join our team at Gemini 11 Ltd T/A Gemini People. The role involves a mix of self-loads, handballing, and collections, with responsibilities including the loading of pallets into the lorry directly from customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely Operate a 7.5 Tonne Vehicle: Carry out self-loads, handballing, and collections as required, adhering to all driving regulations and maintaining accurate records using your Tachograph Card.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload pallets and goods at customer locations, ensuring all items are handled with care.
  • Vehicle Inspections: Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service during collections, representing the company professionally at all times.
  • Health and Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Valid Category C1 License
  • Tachograph Card and CPC Card
  • No More Than 6 Points on Your Driving License
  • Experience in Self-Loading, Handballing, and Collections is preferred.
  • Strong Understanding of Road Safety Regulations and safe driving practices.
  • Ability to Work Independently and manage time effectively.
