Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with commercial teams to maintain accurate financial records and ensure smooth cash flow.
  2. Maintain sales ledgers and manage the credit control process, ensuring timely payments and resolving any discrepancies.
  3. Arrange timely applications for payment and invoices, and handle credit card payments.
  4. Attend regular meetings with the Senior Finance Team to discuss financial performance and strategies.
  5. Post and reconcile payments and transactions, addressing any discrepancies and ensuring accuracy.

  7. Ensure daily dispatch of accurate invoices and statements, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements
  1. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a construction or finance industry.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of accounting and credit control, with a focus on financial analysis and reporting.
  3. Competent with Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of Excel and other financial software.
  4. Strong numerical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  5. Ability to prioritize own workload and work well under pressure, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  6. Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  7. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in financial records and reporting.
  8. UK driving license and own vehicle, due to office location.
