Compensation: Up to £62,000 base salary plus benefits, with additional bonuses for travel-related work, contingent on experience.
Key Competencies: Expertise in chemical cleaning and decontamination processes, particularly in the manufacturing and energy sectors.
Note: This position focuses on large-scale industrial cleaning, not residential cleaning services.
We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee the chemical cleaning and decontamination of large industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing projects related to industrial cleaning and will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site operations primarily in the UK, with occasional travel to the EU, ensuring effective cleaning and decontamination of industrial machinery.
- Engage with clients in both technical and commercial discussions to foster strong relationships.
- Prepare project documentation including tenders, risk assessments, and project plans, while overseeing execution on-site.
- Represent the company professionally in client interactions, ensuring a high level of service.
- Supervise the cleaning and decontamination processes, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and team members, promoting a proactive work environment.
- For the Operations Manager role, oversee a team of 6 professionals.
Note: This position is focused on large industrial cleaning operations, not domestic cleaning services.
