Advanced Nurse Practitioner Role

Our practice is based in a lovely town near Letchworth, which offers excellent transport links to London and Cambridge, as well as good schools and leisure facilities.
The Role:We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will work full-time (37.5 hours/week) Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 6:30 pm). We are open to considering part-time or compressed hours over 4 days.
The salary for this role is £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, with the potential to exceed £59K depending on experience. There is also the option to work additional hours for extended access services (evenings and Saturdays).

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Working closely with GPs and the wider practice team to ensure high-quality care
- Supporting health promotion and preventative care
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse with an ANP Masters qualification (or working towards)
- Minor illness nurse diploma & non-medical prescribing qualification
- Experience in primary care
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data and information to assess the implications for individual patients and the impact on care plans
