About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Fitness Coach to join our team at Ultimate Performance. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional personal training services to our clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver personalized fitness programs for clients, taking into account their individual needs and goals.
  • Conduct fitness assessments and progress monitoring to ensure clients are achieving their desired outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on proper exercise technique, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, research, and industry developments to continuously improve services and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in the fitness industry, preferably in a personal training or coaching role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and physiology, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
