Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Liaising with key clients to ensure programme deadlines are achieved while maintaining profitability, health, safety, and quality to company requirements.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Processing cost sheets to the purchasing department.
- Planning and controlling labour and materials required to deliver the project.
- Ensuring all engineering paperwork is allocated to the engineers and following project completion, ensuring commissioning is completed correctly.
- Providing technical expertise as required on projects.
- Attending site meetings as required.
- Line management of engineers and sub-contractors as assigned, including management of employees.
- Managing job profitability of assigned projects and reporting into the project manager.
- Controlling all aspects of health and safety on sites.
- Carrying out installation and commissioning of systems and minor works when required.
- Ensuring the maintenance of Marlowe quality and HSE standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the fire and security industry.
- Experience of engineering projects across single and multiple site locations.
- Technical knowledge of major systems and projects.
- Demonstrable technical experience with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and work well in a team environment or on their own.
- A driven and enthusiastic individual that relishes a challenging environment.
Marlowe Fire & Security offers a competitive remuneration package, including:
- Basic Salary – £40-46,000 subject to experience
- Overtime, Travel Time & Commission circa £10,000
