The Role

Cyberfort is seeking a skilled Service Support Technician to join our team of experts in data centre and service desk functions.

As a key member of our operations team, you will report to the Service Support Operations Manager and be responsible for providing 24/7/365 support to our clients.

You will have experience in IT infrastructure and customer service, and be proficient in using office software.
