Behaviour Mentor Opportunity
Academics is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join their team at a primary school in Chesham. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and have experience in behaviour intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Inclusion Manager to develop and implement behaviour plans
- Provide one-to-one support to a student with SEMH needs
- Collaborate with teachers to develop strategies to support student behaviour
- Attend training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for working with students with SEN
