Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Rates Sales Professional to join our Cross-Asset Sales team, focusing on G10 and EM rates, including cleared swaps and inflation, nominal, and linker bonds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, partnering with clients to execute their rate product interests with anonymous execution.
  • Generate timely and executable trade ideas, leveraging expertise in macro financial products, including Interest Rate Swaps, ASW, Inflation swaps, Bonds, and Listed rate derivatives.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for client accounts across Macro products.
  • Contribute to improving existing processes across the Macro desk, enhancing technological and revenue generation processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably on the sell-side, with a strong understanding of macro financial products.
  • Established and existing strong client relationships, predominantly focused on rates.
  • Education to either Bachelor or Master's degree level, preferably in Sciences, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
