About the Role

As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play an integral role in the management, direction, and successful completion of our building projects. Your focus is to manage build cost and maximise margin whilst enhancing value for money for our clients and achieving the required standards and quality.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing build cost and maximising margin
  • Enhancing value for money for clients
  • Achieving required standards and quality

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
  • Reside within commutable distance of Coventry
  • Previous experience on Industrial or Multirooms projects (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor
