Our team is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of production and is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Spray Paint Department as a Factory Operative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Surface Preparation and Finishing: Ensure that all wooden components meet our exacting standards by preparing surfaces for painting and lacquering, using orbital sanders, and applying filler as needed.
  • Tool Operation and Maintenance: Operate and maintain various tools and equipment, including orbital sanders, to ensure efficient and effective production.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of workmanship and contribute to a productive and positive work environment.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve production goals and maintain open communication to ensure seamless workflow.

Requirements

  • Strong Work Ethic and Timekeeping: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and excellent timekeeping skills to meet production deadlines.
  • Efficiency and Productivity: Work quickly and efficiently to meet production demands and maintain a high level of productivity.
