Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing accounting and financial services
- Work closely with partners and directors to ensure client satisfaction
- Review statutory year-end accounts
- Monitor junior staff and provide on-the-job training
- Identify and resolve account issues
- Attend accounts planning and closing accounts meetings
- Provide support in the recruitment of new staff
- Scope expansion opportunities to help steer business development
- Use IT software including IRIS, Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks
- Work closely across departments to ensure clients are benefiting from an all-encompassing service
- Oversee ad hoc client projects, including cashflow forecasts, valuations, and advice on acquisitions
- Keep up-to-date on CPD requirements and regulation changes

As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the continued success of the firm, working closely with our partners and directors to ensure client satisfaction.
