Business Development Representative

Pareto is seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our team and drive sales growth in the Technology sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional results.
About the Role
- Develop a deep understanding of our company's offerings and the market we operate in to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
- Present our services and solutions to clients, highlighting our unique strengths and benefits.
- Own the entire sales process, from prospecting and initial calls to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level in a relevant field.
- Strong interest in the Technology sector and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
