Job Opportunity

Varnom & Ross Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Community Engagement Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a dynamic events and marketing strategy, engaging with the local community and occupiers, and promoting the company's multi-tenanted estate in Reading.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the placemaking team to design and deliver engaging events and activities.
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to promote the property and attract new occupiers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local community groups and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of events and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in community engagement and events management.
  • Strong marketing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
