About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Administrator to support our team at EU119 Vishay Newport Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining visitor systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling and maintenance of Environmental Health and Safety training packages, in collaboration with the Learning and Development team
- Supporting Facilities and Environmental Health and Safety departments with documentation and reporting requirements
- Assisting with Environmental Health and Safety certification audits
- Recording and updating action items, creating meeting minutes, and providing administrative support for VIP visits
- Supporting the Executive Office with administrative tasks
Requirements
- Prior office management experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Qualifications in secretarial studies an advantage
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Tact, discretion, and respect for confidentiality
- Pleasant and confident telephone manner
