Job Opportunity: Visual Merchandising Expert

We are seeking a talented and passionate Visual Merchandising Specialist to support our stores across the Midlands and North West regions.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing effective visual merchandising strategies in stores to maximize sales and coach store teams on executing and delivering brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and meet brand standards
  • Train and coach store teams on visual merchandising best practices
  • Provide feedback to store teams to ensure brand standards are achieved
  • Report on store performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with regional managers to ensure housekeeping and merchandising standards are met
  • Conduct commercial analysis of product performance reports to identify sales opportunities
  • Travel regularly across the Midlands and North West regions to support store teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and coach store teams
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and identify trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
