Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.

About the Role

  • As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and challenging activities that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • You will work closely with colleagues to ensure that every child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
  • You will take ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
  • You will ensure that we encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
