Overview of the Role:
In the Internal Audit department, our focus is on critical areas that enhance Aviva's operations. We consistently refine our understanding of significant risks that impact our business and clientele. By combining this knowledge with robust collaborative relationships, we inform our audit tasks, enabling us to influence management and drive positive change.
Under the mentorship of the Head of Internal Audit and the Senior Audit Manager, you will collaborate with a team that possesses a diverse skill set, including specialized expertise in data analytics, IT, and finance, alongside exceptional communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in the Financial Services industry
- Proficiency in audit or risk management
- Strong stakeholder engagement and analytical capabilities
