- Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver presentations to the client and senior leadership team.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Operational Experience: Proven experience in managing planned outages, shutdowns, and site operations.
- Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, with a focus on safety and compliance.
- High-Pressure Situations: Experience in dealing with high-pressure situations and maintaining client confidence.
- Presentation Skills: Competence in preparing and delivering presentations to clients.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the water industry is a plus, but not required.
