About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team in Oldham. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for carrying out various roofing tasks to a high standard, including tiled roofs, slated roofs, flat roofs, leadwork, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out roofing tasks as instructed by the company, adhering to statutory regulations, company policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in producing a quality product meeting contract requirements and working safely at height.
  • Adhere to company quality standards, including compliance with specifications and materials/workmanship schedules.
  • Provide high-quality customer care, acting in a polite and professional manner.
  • Maintain and care for company tools.
  • Achieve a 1st-time fix wherever possible.
  • Use appropriate safety equipment and wear company uniform.
  • Ensure work areas are left clean and tidy at the end of each day.
  • Be responsible for and take care of the company van, in accordance with the company car policy.
  • Hold keys for communal entrances, meter cupboards, and allow access where necessary.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contract administrators, head office, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate materials and ensure accurate/timely completion of relevant documentation.
  • Perform any other reasonable management requests.
