About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Twinings. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our electrical, automation, and industrial network systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical, controls, and basic mechanical maintenance tasks to ensure optimal plant performance.
  • Complete planned and reactive maintenance activities, recording and reporting all relevant data and information.
  • Overhaul and refurbish parts and equipment to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve problems, and implement machine modifications and upgrades.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to upskill the operations team.
  • Troubleshoot PLC fault codes and identify external faults through software.
Requirements
  • Apprentice-trained electrical maintenance engineer with a strong understanding of manufacturing engineering equipment.
  • C&G/NVQ3 in electrical engineering and a minimum of five years' experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • Excellent working knowledge of PLC control system architecture and field control devices.
  • Computer literate in MS Office and able to use a CMMS system.
