About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub ODP to join our Theatre department at Springfield Hospital. As an Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting our surgical teams in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert surgical scrub services in orthopaedic procedures, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament repairs.
- Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to provide a supportive and compassionate environment.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and advancements in orthopaedic surgery.
- Contribute to a culture of excellence, quality, and patient safety within the Theatre department.
